If your move takes LESS time than estimated, you pay LESS. If it takes longer and we didn't warn you, we eat the cost. If we quote 4 hours and it takes 4 hours, you pay for 4 hours. This isn't complicated. It's called integrity.
Payment & Policies

When to Pay
Deposit: $50–$100 due at booking to reserve your truck and date.
Balance: Due on-site immediately upon job completion, before crew leaves.
Payment Methods
Cards preferred (Square) with instant digital receipt. Cash accepted. Zelle available. Checks discouraged.
Cancellation & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of your move. Outside 48 hours, your deposit is fully refundable.
Tipping
Tips are appreciated for great service but never required. Many customers tip 15–20% or $20–$50 per mover.
