Booking & Scheduling

For most moves, 1-2 weeks notice is great. We can often accommodate last-minute moves (even same-day) depending on availability, especially during off-peak times. Summer weekends fill up fast, so book early for June-August.

Pricing & Payment

Simple and transparent: $450 for first 3 hours (two movers + truck), then $150/hour after that. Time starts when we arrive at your first location and ends when we finish unloading at your final location.

Absolutely not. What we quote is what you pay. No 'forgot to mention' charges. No surprise stairs fees. No mysterious fuel surcharges. If something will cost extra (like specialty packing or equipment), we tell you upfront in the estimate.

After the move is complete and you're satisfied. We don't charge upfront—you pay when the job is done.

Tips are never required but always appreciated. Standard is 15-20% of the move cost, or $20-50 per mover for excellent service. Our Troops work hard and always appreciate recognition for a job well done.

Day of Move

Pack boxes and label them, empty and defrost refrigerator 24hrs before, disconnect washer/dryer if possible, clear pathways, and have payment method ready. We'll handle the rest.

We move rain or shine (unless it's dangerous). We have protective materials to keep your belongings dry, and we're experienced in weather conditions.

We take extreme care, but accidents can happen. We're fully insured. Report any damage immediately and we'll file a claim to repair or replace the item. We stand behind our work.

Services & Items

Yes! We move upright pianos, baby grands, and grand pianos. We have the equipment and experience. Let us know in your quote request so we can plan accordingly.

Hazardous materials (propane, gasoline, paint, chemicals), perishable food, plants (on long moves), important documents (take those yourself), and anything illegal. Everything else—we've got it.

Yes! We sell box kits and packing materials. Or we can pack everything for you professionally—just ask for packing services when you get your quote.
