3-hour minimum on all moves. Hourly thereafter.

• 2 Movers + Truck: $150/hr (3-hr min = $450)
• 3 Movers + Truck: $200/hr (3-hr min = $600)
• 4 Movers + Truck: $250/hr (3-hr min = $750)

Rates include truck, fuel, equipment, and furniture protection.

• Weekends / End-of-Month: +$25/hr
• Evenings (after 5 PM): +$50 flat
• Travel 25–40 miles: +$50 flat
• Travel 40+ miles: +$100+ flat (quoted)
• Specialty items: pianos / safes / marble tables, etc. +$50–$150 each

Please mention specialty items when you request your quote so we can plan gear and crew.

• Early Booking: 10% off labor (Mon–Thu, booked 14+ days in advance)
• Packing + Move Bundle: 5% off labor
• Veteran / Military / First Responder: 10% off total

Deposit: $50–$100 (or ~10% of estimate) to reserve your slot.

Cancellations: Deposit becomes non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your move time.

Balance is due upon job completion on-site. We accept card (Square) and cash. Digital receipts are issued for all payments. Invoices available for corporate or long-distance jobs.

Yes—fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Every crew member is background-checked.

Yes. We offer box kits and packing supplies, or our crew can handle full-service packing. Ask to add packing when you get your quote.

We serve Austin & Central Texas (Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Kyle, Buda). Long-distance moves by request.

Booking tip: 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal; summer weekends fill up fastest.
