Alexander didn't start Texas Troops Moving because he loved the moving industry. He started it because he was tired of watching people get screwed by it.
As an Air Force reservist who spent years managing logistics and cargo operations, he knew how moves should work: clear communication, precise timing, and zero surprises. But that's not what he saw happening in the civilian world.
Friends and family kept getting hit with hidden fees, late crews, and careless handling. So he built a company that operates the way he was trained: with discipline, transparency, and respect for people's time and belongings.
